If you have any questions or requests for new areas on the board feel free to ask. Though all forums need rules, we wish to keep this site from seeming strict. We hope you'll join in swaps and host swaps yourself.
If you have a problem with a member on the site please p.m. one of the admin. They will hear both sides of the situation and then make a decision on how to handle it on the site.
Warnings:
* You may receive a warning if someone is trying to get in touch with you and you do not respond in a reasonable time frame.
* You may also receive a warning if you have posted a link on the board and are trying to get members to join. This may be by a request in a thread, p.m. or emails.
* You may receive a warning if you have a problem with a member on the site and harsh words are posted in threads or in pm and emails to that member. If you have a problem with a member take it to the admin. if you find you can not get it resolved in a pm s in a friendly mannor.
Warning are given out to keep the site from becoming unfriendly. A good way not to receive a warning is by communicating with the members and hosts. Stay friendly while resolving a problem and don't abuse the link area of the board. We welcome your links but we won't have members being spammed in email or pm for joining your links.
If you receive 3 warnings in a 3 month time frame you may be suspended from the board for 1 month. We hope that it will not have to come to that. But from time to time some people register to sites and just look to start a problem and it is a way from keeping them off the board.
An admin. decision to place you on the HOLD LIST,SUSPEND for one month and even BAN a member is not up for debate. Mods can not make these decisions only an ADMIN can.
We want this site to be about trading and getting to know each other. We hope for lots of decisions and that all members enjoy being apart of this new site. It's nice to become familiar with other members so feel free to talk amoungst yourselves.
No harsh words should be spoken about a particular MEMBER on the board. Nor will we have BASHING of other forums. We are all members of a craft community which includes all sites. We ask that you remember we are here to CREATE,TRADE and keep the site FRIENDLY
