I am attempting to create a complete set of altered playing cards - Theme Vintage
If anyone is interested please reply in this thread or pm me - I can either trade another playing card or an atc, or other arty bits.
I would like to start with Diamond Suit

I will have to get a pack of playing cards first I don't have any and I have never attempted this so it would be something new to me. So if you are prepared to take a chance on me I will try my hand at this.

Hey, Thankyou, pick which ever card you would like, as this suit has none made for it yet. What would like in return, an altered card or ATC, or something else??????
All you need to remember is sand down some of the card surface to ensure good adhesion for paint or paper, and leave at least one corner of the original card showing so it shows as an altered playing card. If you google altered playing cards, you will find lots of sites which will give you inspiration, you only decorate the face of the card and add your info on the back (plain side).
I will upload some of my altered card pics into my gallery to give you some idea.

OK I will give this a go. How about King, Queen and Jack.
In return I would like an altered card please as I don't have any in my collection.
